Tim Hall

Tim Hall brings over 27 years of experience in the contact center industry, starting his career selling credit cards in Spanish for a small firm in San Antonio, Texas. Over the course of eight years, he played a key role in expanding the company from one center with fewer than 100 agents to three centers—two in Texas and one in Mexico—employing over 2,000 agents. Tim later became COO and part-owner of another firm, where he led the strategy, selection, and operational success of contact centers across four Latin American countries. He is known for his expertise in transitional leadership, reducing attrition and acquisition costs while significantly boosting revenue and margins.

A combat veteran and paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne, Tim served tours in Saudi Arabia and Iraq. He has been married for 31 years and is a proud father of two young men. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys traveling, reading, college football and basketball, and still occasionally skydives. Tim is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys exploring other languages when time allows.
