Kathryn joined Oveana with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering large scale strategic business integration and organizational effectiveness programs across diverse, multidivisional organizations. Kathryn’s primary concentration is in new business development, call center management, and innovation.
Prior to Oveana, Kathryn led a team of business engineers and implementation managers who were responsible for implementing and monitoring over 40 program launches, product enhancements, and service experience improvements. In addition to her project management and business integration experience, Katherine managed day-to-day operations of business engineering, implementation, and production teams as well as three inbound/outbound call centers. Through her optimization initiatives, Kathryn helped achieve a 45% reduction in overall cost to serve.
Kathryn earned her BA in Journalism and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has completed Avion Consulting and Senior Leadership, Blanchard Situational Leadership, and Leadership for Results training programs. Additionally, Kathryn served as a senior leadership mentor for the Excentus Culture Committee.
Kathryn is also active in the community, volunteering her spare time with Christmas Providers, Project Backpack, and Folds of Honor.
