Diana joined Oveana in 2020 as the Human Resources Business Partner and brings with her over 11 years of Human Resources experience. A driven HR professional, Diana’s experience spans all facets of HR management. Prior to joining the Oveana team, Diana served as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including payroll, benefit administration, workers compensation, administration of FMLA and EEO, OSHA reporting, and performance management. Additionally, Diana has experience in overseeing HRIS maintenance, managing functions and company-wide events, and driving recruiting and onboarding processes.
Diana earned her bachelor’s in business management HR from Park University.
