David joined Oveana in August 2020 with more than 20 years of experience in the BPO industry, in many fields including Technology/Project Management, Document Management, OCR/Automation, Process Workflow design, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Metrics improvement Statistical Analysis and Business Intelligence among others.
Prior to joining Oveana, David worked for a couple of leading multi-national BPO companies where he developed his experience in position like Project Management, Imaging Technology Management, Quality Leader, Business Unit leader and Business Intelligence. David led the design and build up of a new facility and the transition of 130+ employees from the old to the new facility. He developed incoming volume forecasting models with a consistent accuracy rate of 10% or less. He also led multiple process improvement projects that yielded 5% or more in productivity improvements year over year. David also worked in an outsourcing computer manufacturing company where he was the Business Unit Leader for the Personal Computer division.
David holds a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Economics, both degrees obtained from The University of Texas at El Paso. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is a graduate of the New Manager Development Course and the Executive Leadership Program from a Fortune 10 company. He has been recognized with the company Integrity Award and Global Leadership Award.
